1. Store your sealed pouches

   • When your shipment arrives, place the sealed insulated pouches in the refrigerator. Room temperature is safe for short periods and up to 3 months, but refrigeration helps preserve maximum potency. The pouches are designed to protect the live cultures during storage and shipping

2. Start a new month

   • When you’re ready, take one pouch (1 month supply) and open it

3. Transfer into your large aluminum container

   • Pour the contents of the opened pouch into your large aluminum bottle

   • Store this bottle in the refrigerator if possible to help preserve potency

4. Daily Routine

   • Take your capsules daily from the large bottle as directed

5. Use the travel bottle (optional)
