How do I cancel my Bōndia subscription?Updated 3 months ago

Maintaining consistent use of Bōndia™ through a subscription is the best way to support your bone health and enjoy significant savings. However, if you’re sure you want to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time by following these steps:

1. Login to your Sōlaria Biō account by entering your email and the email verification code.
2. Navigate to Manage Subscriptions.
3. Click the Active Subscription button or the arrow next to the subscription you want to cancel.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel Subscription (located under Save Changes) and follow the prompts.
5. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your cancellation is complete. 

Please note that canceling your subscription will not affect any orders that have already been processed.
